Why are my calls and messages not going out?

  • The business hours are not correctly setup 
  • You business timezone is not correct 
  • The chosen automation status is not the correct one.
  • The phone numbers on the list don’t have the correct format.
  • The automation was not turned on before the list was uploaded.
  • Scripts and/or actions have not been assigned inside the automation.
  • The department doesn’t have assigned a phone number.
